Ms. Shehara is an alumna of Bishop’s College, Colombo 03, and Holy Cross College, Gampaha. She holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and brings over 15 years of corporate experience in Sri Lanka. A Distinguished Toastmaster and active member of Toastmasters International, USA, Shehara excels in mentoring and building confident communicators and leaders. Her passion for guiding individuals shines through in her work with young learners, where she supports Cambridge YLE students in preparing for their examinations at Cambridge School of Colombo.
Vasana is a lecturer with over 16 years of experience in teaching Business English and IELTS. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from India and an MBA in Finance from Australia. She has worked with the Chartered Institute of Accountants, KDC Academy, and now teaches at the Cambridge School of Colombo. Having also completed programmes with the University of Cambridge, Vasana believes language learning should be fun, interactive, and engaging. She currently supports young learners preparing for their Cambridge YLE examinations, helping them build confidence and a lasting love for the English language.
Royston is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and communication within Sri Lanka’s healthcare industry. As the Chairman and Managing Director of Commercial Syndicate Medical Pvt Ltd, he brings real-world insight into every classroom he steps into. With extensive lecturing experience at institutions such as the University of Peradeniya, SLIM, EDULINK, and KDC Academy, Royston specialises in Business English and communication-focused learning. At Cambridge School of Colombo, he guides students through effective public speaking, presentation skills, and practical English for the real world. He also holds an MBA from Buckinghamshire New University, UK, and is an active Toastmaster and Rotarian.
